Christian Koenig

North Philadelphia born and raised, on the BMX track is where Christian spent most of his days. All jokes aside, he is originally from North Philly and brought up in an entrepreneurial, hardworking household. Joining the United States Air Force at 18 sent Christian to Texas for basic training and then on to Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, VA for six years. He crewed F-22 Raptors for the 27th Fighter Squadron with some of the most talented mechanics he has ever met. Being a part of that team and seeing the process of bringing the first fifth generation fighter jet to combat ready status is something that Christian holds very close. He spent two of those six years as part of the USAF F-22 Demonstration Team traveling the world and showcasing Air Superiority at air shows to millions of spectators. His respect and dedication to serve those that came before him in the military drive him to excel each and every day.

After leaving the Air Force in 2012, Christian began working for a defense contractor on the west coast manufacturing explosives and assembling defense missiles. That led to a position within the quality control department and soon he was the lead inspector specializing in three-dimensional scanning technology for the company. Christian spent the next four years working closely with their research and development departments bringing in new technology to stay ahead of their competitors while increasing quality control. His dedication to craft and constant attention to detail lead in everything he does.

Christian was introduced to the amazing Idaho lifestyle in 2012. As an avid outdoorsman, there is, in his opinion, no better place to call home. Each season offers a unique way to enjoy the outdoors. Saving the best for last, Christian’s beautiful wife is the driving force in his life that keeps him grounded. They have two incredible children and spend their off hours keeping them entertained along with their German Shepherd, Ivy.

Charlie Cameron

Real estate super nerd, family man and veteran! I’m passionate about real estate and obsessed with helping others win and with continuous growth.

Charlie Cameron is a Dad, military spouse, and Air Force veteran (turned reservist) who found a passion for real estate while serving. Thanks to real estate—largely eXp Realty and investing—he was able to transition out of Active Duty military service to focus on real estate! People and real estate are his passions, and helping other succeed is what he finds most rewarding.

Charlie enjoys mentoring growth-minded agents the most. At this time, he is growing an international real estate team, building a local military-focused real estate team along the Florida Panhandle, and scaling an as-passive-as-possible real estate portfolio of short term rentals, residential assisted living, and more! He is also an Air Force Reservist in a part time capacity (2 weeks a year) as a weapon program manager.

By leveraging teams, systems, automation, and intentional task prioritization, Charlie is able to prioritize his most important thing: living in the moment with family & friends!

Current lines of effort:

  1. Grow international real estate team: help other real estate agents become successful, grow their leads and business, create multiple income streams, and achieve financial freedom. Team growth achieved through blog and content creation.
  2. Lead a local military-first real estate team: though long term low effort client attraction efforts, Charlie provides clients to his local military focused team to work and close!
  3. Scale a real estate investment portfolio: real estate investing is best investing!

Charlie has a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State. He starting investing in real estate while serving in 2017 by STARTING with 8 apartments which he self managed. After scaling a small multifamily portfolio he transitioned and 1031 exchanged into a self managed short term rental portfolio, all of which he managed from afar. Recently he has pivoted again into the residential assisted living niche. Charlie partners on just about every investment deal he does.

Charlie spent 11 years on Active Duty, as an engineer and officer developing, testing, and managing cutting edge weapons systems programs to ensure the Air Force stays undefeatable! He led hundreds of tests and ran hundreds of million dollar a year programs and contracts developing, acquiring, and testing new weapons for the warfighter. During that time, he also served as a USAA Advisory Panel Member, providing direct feedback on bank and insurance products as a military member to the board of directors. In a past life, he has also been a Firefighter, EMT, and lifeguard.

Charlie is a nerd who loves to tinker and find new ways to grow and implement things in his businesses. While he wishes he was able to focus on only one business, he knows now that resistance is futile and he must find ways to grow multiple lines of effort without consuming more time!

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 2014, he decided to take his knowledge, experience, and entrepreneurial spirit into the real estate industry. As the Managing Partner of Land & Legacy Group, Al knows firsthand that sellers can be assured that their finest asset is being fully showcased, and the relationship they have with a real estate brokerage will be unsurpassed. Since 2014, Al has helped his clients buy, sell, or invest in everything from sprawling rural estates to first time dream homes for young couples. Al has the skills, knowledge, and insight necessary to deliver unsurpassed results for all different kinds of real estate needs.

As a Realtor, communication and connection is what keeps Al’s clients coming back for more. At the core of who Al is and what he stands for is unsurpassed customer service, insightful opinions and negotiation, honest advice, and endless support. For these reasons and more, he is proud to have numerous raving fans and repeat and referral clients. As an advocate, he knows what it’s like to feel like an outcast. People overlook what you can do and who you can become. Through his own personal struggles as being the “shy kid,” he learned how strong he could be. As he fought for what he dreamed of, he learned that no dream is too hard to make a reality. He’s faced scrutiny from teachers, employees, classmates, family members, and friends. He grew stronger each time adversity was put in front of him. It took over 20 years to climb this mountain, but when he did, everything else he wanted to achieve was within arm’s reach.

Al has not only helped hundreds of clients move in and around Wisconsin he is also an active member in our community.

  • He’s previously served on the Washington County Deer Advisory Council (CDAC)
  • He’s held the office of branch President for the Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA) Kettle Moraine Branch.

With these groups, he got a firsthand look at the interaction between our local community and Wisconsin’s hunting heritage.

More recently, he has been an active sponsor for:

  • Kettle Moraine ATV Association
  • Wisconsin Wildlife Federation
  • Multiple other local businesses and organizations, including serving on the Community Relations Committee of the Cedar Lakes Conservation Foundation

As a local business owner, he can relate to the walls and barriers one can encounter along their business journey. He believes in a strong investment and giving back to the fabrics of his communities.

His reach goes far beyond real estate and changes the lives of those who interact with him in a positive way.
