Apartments are oftentimes considered as “renter only” properties, however, many people do own individual apartments. Despite that, apartments are the choice of many renters because of the community, the cost-efficiency and the commonality.

You do have other options when renting, but an apartment is the most common choice. Additionally, because of the precedent of apartments being the primary choice for renters, apartments often come equipped with everything necessary for a happy, healthy life. However, you should know the pros and cons of apartments before making a commitment.
