Chase has now fully revealed their Pay Yourself Back categories which are showing as valid through 3/31/23. (See these earlier posts here and here for more discussion.)
- Chase Sapphire Reserve:
- Grocery Stores 1.25 cents per point
- Gas Stations 1.25 cents per point
- Annual Fee 1.25 cents per point
- Select charities 1.50 cents per point, valid through 12/31/23
- Chase Sapphire Preferred & Freedom cards:
- Select charities 1.25 cents per point, valid through 12/31/23
- Chase Business INK Preferred & Plus (annual fee cards):
- Internet, Cable, Phone services, Shipping 1.25 cents per point
- Chase Business INK Cash & Unlimited (no-fee cards):
- Internet, Cable, Phone services, Shipping 1.10 cents per point
- Select charities 1.25 cents per point, valid through 12/31/23
As expected, they basically neutered the 1.5% value of points via the Sapphire Reserve card. For increased value the options are to get 1.5% via the Chase travel portal or you can transfer to travel partners if you value their points more.
They also basically lowered the Sapphire Preferred value from 1.25% to 1%. For increased value the options are to get 1.25% via the Chase travel portal or you can transfer to travel partners if you value their points more.
They kept the INK cards value the same.
