Hotelier and real estate businessman, Stephen Wynn, is selling his Beverly Hills home for a hefty price. The 27,000-square-foot mansion, which features a tennis court, fully equipped gymnasium, and 20 bathrooms is listed for $110 million. Wynn is known for his famous Las Vegas hotels and resorts such as the Bellagio and The Mirage, but has also been under scrutiny with allegations of sexual misconduct in 2018. Now, he’s looking to sell his estate that he purchased from Guess founder, Maurice Marciano, back in 2015.
Stephen Wynn’s 11-bedroom home sits on nearly 3 acres of land, with a long, private driveway leading up to the home’s expansive entryway. The contemporary home offers contrast through bold colors, offsetting the otherwise white and black interior you’ll find throughout the property.
Bedrooms include four en-suite guest rooms, a lanai suite – think: a perfect outdoor lounge space – and two bedrooms specifically meant for in-home security.
Amenities of the mega-mansion include a movie theater, a wine cellar, a tennis court with air-conditioned seating, a pool along with a clubhouse, a spa room, and a gym. As you can see, the list of features this home has is seemingly never-ending, and definitely contributes to the $110 million price tag.
