1. Summerlin
Summerlin is an affluent, master-planned community at the edge of the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon. The 22,000-acre community is home to 230 parks and a 150-mile trail system with easy access to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Rental prices are slightly higher than the citywide average.

2. Centennial Hills

3. Downtown

Downtown Las Vegas is just north of the Las Vegas Strip and is the central business district of the Las Vegas Valley. This historic district is still a tourist spot for gaming along the famed Fremont Street but also houses business highrises, a sizeable medical district and residential communities. Downtown is close to all the action, so expect to pay higher rental prices in this neighborhood.

4. West Sahara
